RFQ Inbox
Auto-match inbound RFQs against your inventory.
Works with any email provider. No credentials required. Add as many inboxes as you receive RFQs on.
You set a forwarding rule in your own email client. When an RFQ arrives in your inbox, your email provider sends a copy to your unique FlarePath address. That's it.
FlarePath never has login access to your inbox. No credentials are stored. No OAuth connection. You control exactly which inboxes forward, and you can remove the rule in under a minute from your email settings.
Only the emails you forward. Nothing from your sent items, contacts, calendar, or anything else. If an email doesn't arrive at your FlarePath address, we don't know it exists.
We scan the body for part numbers and match them against your inventory. If there's a confirmed match, you get an alert. The email content is logged for your own match history only. It is not shared, not analysed for any other purpose, and not visible to other FlarePath users.
That's fine. The platform monitors Salvex wanted listings regardless. Email RFQ matching is an additional signal layer — not a requirement. You'll still receive alerts on external demand. You'll just miss RFQs that arrive direct to your inbox before they hit the open market.

What's Coming to FlarePath
The platform is growing. Here's what's next.
Email RFQ Parsing
Connect your RFQ inbox and every inbound RFQ is automatically parsed and matched against your inventory in real time. Your unique forwarding address is in the Watchlists panel.
Forward your RFQ inboxes to FlarePath. No login access, no credentials stored — just a forwarding rule in your email client that you control and can remove in seconds.
Instant Alerts
Confirmed match found? You are notified immediately by email. No more checking the portal — it finds you. Configure alert rules in Watchlists.
Right now, finding a match means logging in, running a batch upload, and checking the results. That takes time you do not always have. Instant Alerts means the moment FlarePath finds a buyer for any part you hold — from any source, at any hour — you get an email. No checking. No remembering. No missing it because you were busy.
Additional Marketplace Feeds
Broader buyer coverage from major aviation parts exchanges and procurement networks. New demand sources added as data agreements are confirmed.
The more sources FlarePath watches, the more buyers it finds before they broadcast an RFQ to the open market. Every new feed added is another pool of demand your competitors are not monitoring. You do not need to be on every platform — FlarePath watches them all for you.
Demand Frequency Intelligence
See how many times a part number has been searched across monitored sources in the last 30 days — before a single RFQ has been sent. Know what the market wants before the market knows it needs you.
Imagine knowing that a specific part number has been searched 47 times in the last 30 days before a single buyer has contacted you. That is not reactive selling — that is knowing what the market needs before the phone rings. Price accordingly. Prioritise accordingly. Get there first.
DIBBS / DLA
US Defense Logistics Agency procurement feed. Government and institutional buyer demand signals, matched against commercial part numbers where NSN cross-references exist.
Government and institutional buyers operate on long procurement cycles with significant budgets. When a US government agency needs an aviation part, the contract value is rarely small. FlarePath will surface those opportunities automatically the moment the feed goes live — no manual tender searching required.
Multi-Inventory
Run multiple inventory files simultaneously. Switch between stock lists, customer consignments, or teardown projects in one click.
Most operators do not hold stock in one place or one spreadsheet. A main stock list. A customer consignment. A teardown project. FlarePath lets you load multiple inventory files simultaneously and monitors demand against all of them at once — so nothing in your business gets missed because it was in the wrong file.
Wanted-To-Buy Network
Direct WTB listings from verified buyers across multiple platforms, matched automatically against your inventory. Confirmed matches include buyer contact details where available.
Some buyers post WTB listings instead of sending RFQs. They are actively looking right now, and most suppliers never see them because they are spread across multiple platforms. FlarePath monitors these listings continuously and tells you the moment one matches your stock — with buyer contact details where available.
Fair Market Value
Know what your part is worth before you respond. Live FMV data per part number shows what the market is paying right now. Demand intelligence and pricing intelligence in one alert.
You get an alert that a buyer needs your part. But what should you quote? Too high and you lose the deal. Too low and you leave money on the table. FMV data tells you what that exact part is trading for right now, so you walk into every conversation knowing your number before you pick up the phone.
Verified Operator Badge
Confirmed inventory holders get a trust mark visible to marketplace partners. Signal your verified status and unlock priority features as coverage expands.
When a buyer sees your response, they do not know you from anyone else in their inbox. A Verified Operator Badge tells them you have been screened, you hold real inventory, and you are not a broker chasing spec. In a market where trust is rare, verification is a competitive advantage — especially on high-value parts where buyers cannot afford to waste time on dead ends.
